This six-bedroom mansion, all air-conditioned, with four suites, is capable of accommodating up to 17 people. All rooms can have their bedding patterns reversed to accommodate up to three people per room.

The basic staff is made up of a caretaker and a cook + helper. For hiring, the daily rate of services (8 hours) is R$900 - and must be paid separately at the end of the accommodation, as well as the electricity consumed during the stay.

Water and energy consumption is not included.
