The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a countertop stove and 2 built-in ovens for maximum food preparation and a large dining table for 8 people. The second floor of the house is separated by three comfortable air-conditioned apartments with stunning views of the apartment complex and the nearby forest.

Stroll through the beautifully decorated garden, with swimming pool, sauna and barbecue area with terrace and wooden furniture. The outdoor gourmet area has a completely glass ceiling, allowing full natural sunlight during the day and enjoying the sheltered starry sky with the family enjoying a good meal.

Located in a gated community just minutes from the beaches of Geribá and Manguinhos, the house offers the best of Búzios.

For your experience of staying with us to become even more pleasant, we suggest a staff package that includes a Chef de Cuisine, 2 helpers to serve and make simpler drinks and a cleaning lady working 10 hours a day in the amount of R$2,000 per day.
