The house is located in the middle of an ecotourism paradise, completely reserved and private, at one end of Ilha Comprida. To get to the house, you need to take a short boat trip!

A large living room in rustic style - as well as the whole house - with a dining area with capacity for up to 10 people. Speaking of rustic style, the highlight of the house is precisely its decoration, focused on local crafts, with miniatures of sailing boats, sculptures of fish and shells from the region.

There are 6 rooms in all. 3 of the suites are located inside the property and 2 other bungalows complement the composition of the rooms outside.

Master Suite: King-size bed, jacuzzi, closets, air conditioning, fan, balcony with hammock and view of the sea; Suite 2: Double bed, wardrobes, air conditioning, fan, balcony with sea view and lounger; Suite 3: Queen-size bed, closets, air conditioning, fan. Suite 4 (Bungalow outside): Double bed, sofa, air conditioning, fan, balcony with lounge chair and sea view. Suite 5 (Bungalow outside): Double bed, sofa, air conditioning, fan, balcony with lounge chair and sea view.

The outside area of the house has a deck with a panoramic view, a swimming pool, tables and sofas with umbrellas and sun loungers. Included in the package is a golf cart to get around the island. A chapel in addition to a helipad for small helicopters will also be at your disposal.
