Two charming villas on the edge of the Jurumirim Reservoir, in Itaí, 300 km from São Paulo. Integrating the historic Farm and Haras Buganville, these family properties, designed by Renato Tavolaro, combine noble wood, cement and glass, displaying a rustic-contemporary aesthetic.

With panoramic views of the dam, the villas offer an exclusive environment for up to 42 people. Each of the 9 air-conditioned suites on the ground floor comfortably accommodates up to 21 people. Both villas share common areas, such as a central hall with barbecue, swimming pool, pier, helipad, sports court and stand-up paddleboarding.

The living, dining and TV rooms, equipped with ceiling fans, provide comfort, while the central lounge accommodates up to 10 people on the sofa, 6 stools and 12 seats at the table. The house offers entertainment with cable TVs, streaming, Wi-Fi internet (250mb), and 100v voltage. Spacious kitchens, refrigerators, freezers, various appliances and 3 industrial stoves meet culinary needs.

Service area restricted to employees includes a washing machine. The house, secure in family ownership, prohibits overnight guests, accepts up to 2 small animals and is suitable for children. It is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties. Covered garage for 8 cars and uncovered for 10.

Each villa has 9 suites with similar bed layouts, bathrooms with showers and hygienic showers, gas heating and blackout curtains. The caretakers, 2 per villa, and the employee, offer cleaning, organization and basic cooking services during rentals. Hiring extra staff is required for more than 15 guests per villa. Caretakers take care of purchases for an extra payment and advance deposit.
