The large living room is divided into two levels and has a dining table with capacity for 10 people comfortably, two living rooms with a Futon and a huge sofa.

The villa has beautiful wooden floors throughout, modern furnishings and all amenities. White walls keep the room temperature pleasant, combined with natural Brazilian stone to stunning effect. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped, in addition to having a glass wall facing the ocean.

Located on a spacious deck, the pool is the perfect place to cool off while enjoying stunning panoramic ocean views. With an impeccable design and an infinity edge that seems to merge with the horizon, the pool creates an atmosphere of luxury and tranquility that will delight your guests.

Around the pool you will find comfortable sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun while admiring the landscape.

From Mondays to Fridays, the house has the support of a cook from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and a caretaker from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, already included in the price. For weekends and holidays, there is a requirement to hire at least one employee. Daily rates vary between 350 to 500 reais.

NOTE: The top floor of the house is not available in the rental as it is in the process of expanding the property.
