A giant mansion, with 12 suites, located by the sea in Búzios. The main house has 8 of these rooms, while the other 4 are in a smaller house next to the big one. The entire land is located directly in front of the beach; thus, for those who love sand and water sports, the proximity between the mansion and the sea is unbeatable.

The outside area is where you will probably spend most of your time, as it is equipped with a large swimming pool, a spacious lawn, a leisure area with several sofas and tables and an excellent outdoor kitchen, which has a bar, barbecue and even a pizza oven. Beyond the outdoor kitchen, you will find a sauna and a covered lounge, perfect for you to enjoy the tropical atmosphere of the house even during a short summer rain.

For groups or families who want to spend an unforgettable vacation in Búzios, with plenty of time outdoors and their feet in the sand without forgetting elegance, this mansion is the ideal choice.

The place is ideal for windsurfing, kitesurfing, canoeing, sailing, standup and even wake-boarding. We offer equipment for some of these sports when renting the house.

Staff:
Cook - 9 am to 6 pm
Waiter/kitchen helper - 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Caretaker / butler - 10am to 7pm
General assistant - external area - 8 am to 5 pm
Waiter starts at 3pm and stays until customers sleep
The basic staff includes 3 employees: cook, caretaker and maid, it is included in the rates.
The staff is included in the daily rate
We recommend 2 more employees for renting 8 rooms and 3 more employees for renting 12 rooms.

Extra staff will be paid by the tenants.

Washing of guests' personal clothes are not included in the rental, as well as ironing personal items.

Electricity, water and gas are included in the lease.
If the generator is used due to lack of electricity, the diesel value will be charged separately.
