Upstairs you will find the four suites, which are decorated with the most modern design and comfort. With floor-to-ceiling glass windows, you can enjoy stunning panoramic ocean views. The large living room is divided into two levels and has a dining table with capacity for 10 people comfortably, two living rooms with a Futon and a huge sofa.

The villa has beautiful wooden floors throughout, modern furnishings and all amenities. White walls keep the room temperature pleasant, combined with natural Brazilian stone to stunning effect. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped, in addition to having a glass wall facing the ocean.

Located on a spacious deck, the pool is the perfect place to cool off while enjoying stunning panoramic ocean views. With an impeccable design and an infinity edge that seems to merge with the horizon, the pool creates an atmosphere of luxury and tranquility that will delight your guests.

Around the pool you will find comfortable sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun while admiring the landscape.

Joatinga beach is considered one of the most beautiful in Rio de Janeiro and is frequented by artists, celebrities and influential personalities from the business world. In addition, the region is known for offering a series of gastronomic and entertainment options, from refined restaurants to trendy nightclubs. With easy access to the entire city, this villa is the perfect choice for anyone wanting to enjoy the best of Rio de Janeiro in style.

From Mondays to Fridays, the house has the support of a cook from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and a caretaker from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, already included in the price. For weekends and holidays, there is a requirement to hire at least one employee. Daily rates vary between 350 to 500 reais.

NOTE: The top floor of the house is not available in the rental as it is in the process of expanding the property.

Surrounded by the colorful cultivation of the most varied species of flowers, there is a beautiful house with huge glass windows that allow natural light to enter and form beautiful designs and shadows in all its rooms. From the large gates adorned with hand-painted paintings, the living and dining room extends - complete with a pool table - and leads to the graceful, very well-equipped kitchen at the back. The high ceilings bring a sense of spaciousness and comfort. All environments were delicately decorated with pieces found around the world, extremely spacious suites, super comfortable beds, balconies overlooking the green in all rooms and everything necessary to promote those who stay here, incredibly invigorating seasons.

In the company of the many flowers that are everywhere, we descend to a lower level where we find the swimming pool and the gourmet area with barbecue, sauna, hammocks to rest, and, of course, the fabulous view that is always present.

The back of the house opens onto a pleasant lawn, where tables and chairs are arranged around a pot: an invitation to good conversations and bottles of wine around the fire. Deeper down, relaxation probably reaches its maximum peak. To contrast with the coldest temperature in the region, a strategically placed jacuzzi, from where the landscape is even more dazzling, whether in the evening light or under the starry sky, on nights with a full moon, when the night seems like day, everything turns even more magical.

Note: For safety reasons, the property does not accept children under 12 years old.
